Columbus Clippers Ring Your Bell!

Today we took Mason to see the Clippers play. We had fun and he really enjoyed it. The new stadium is beautiful, however there is almost NO shade! And after getting a little too much sun yesterday, laying out and cooking out at my parents' house, we were wanting a little shade today! It was quite hot sitting in the blazing sun, but there was a very nice breeze that kept things tolerable. We got to see LouSeal, the Clippers' mascot (my cousin Aaron). LouSeal even called Mason on the telephone on our way to the game to make sure we were still coming. Mason was very excited to see LouSeal and gave him a high five. We had such a fun weekend, I don't want it to end! It was a little taste of summer in April ~ I'll take that any day!

Growing and Growing

Boy what a difference a couple weeks makes! From week 24 to 26 I really feel like I've grown! At 26 weeks my belly is more round and solid then previously. I feel like it's been growing too. I have been pretty uncomfortable this week. I really feel as if there is "no more room at the inn!" I know that is not possible, but it sure feels like it sometimes.

Olivia Turns 4!

Tonight we celebrated our niece Olivia's 4th Birthday! Oh how the time flies. Seems like yesterday we were holding her in the hospital. She had her party at the World of Bounce. It is an indoor arena filled with inflatable bounce houses, slides, mazes, etc. Mason had so much fun and was exhausted when we left. He and Olivia really enjoy each other's company and usually play pretty well together. Olivia always wanted to wait for Mason when it was time for the next activity, and Mason wanted to sit beside Olivia while eating and as she opened her presents. It was too cute!

Seriously!?

A Day At The Zoo!

Yesterday we took Mason to the zoo! It was such a beautiful day. We met one of Keith's old friends from childhood there with his family. Mason had so much fun and we enjoyed watching him! He keeps talking about all the different animals we saw yesterday! He's too cute. We had such a great day, but when we got home I came down quick with some kind of bug. Mason had been a little under the weather and I came down with it too. So my evening was ruined. I was in and out of the bathroom and eventually went to bed at 9:30pm. I didn't get to spend any time with Keith, didn't get to enjoy our pizza or ice cream, bummer! I am thankful it came on later versus earlier in the day, because we got to have a fun day together!
Mason was a little tired when we arrived, it was naptime!

After a LONG wait in line, we finally
made it through the gate.

Who's ready to see animals?

Easter Fun

What a busy weekend! We had Mason's Birthday party on Saturday and then Easter was on Sunday. Mason slept in until 9am on Easter morning! When he woke up I told him the Easter Bunny had come last night and hid his Easter basket. So we started the morning hunting for his basket. He was too cute! This age is so fun because he "understands" things better. For example, he understood it was his birthday and he was turning 3, and he understood the Easter Bunny came because he was a good boy! He's so much fun. Afterward, we headed to my parents' house for Brunch. We met my brother and Colton there, poor Anisa had to work. We missed you Anisa! Brunch was delicious! Thanks mom! We got our fill on breakfast casserole, biscuits, fruit, and then a cheesecake later for dessert. Later that afternoon we went to Keith's sister Liane's house for Easter dinner. The kids had so much fun playing and hunting eggs! Mason had such a big weekend, and it brings me so much joy to see my little boy having fun, laughing, and simply enjoying himself!

Is it under Braden's bed?

M&M's, yum!

Thank You Easter Bunny!

The Easter Bunny hid a basket at Grandma's
house too!
